Our performances last up to 2 hours which includes a 15 minute interval.

Our doors open for each performance 30 minutes prior to each performance.

The only wheelchair accessible seating we have is ringside as it is all on ground level. A carer for the wheelchair user is eligible to purchase a ‘concession’ ticket to accompany them at a discounted rate. Please tick the box when purchasing tickets online if there is a wheelchair in your party.

We have three seating sections to choose from; Ringside, Grandstand and Sideview.

We do not reserve any seats, they are all based on a first come first serve basis depending on the section you pay for.

Ringside – You are entitled to sit on any of the first 3 rows situated around the circus ring on ground level.
Grandstand – You are entitled to sit on any of the centre tiered seating section.
Side View – You are entitled to sit on any of the side view seating sections.

Upon arrival a member of staff will show you and your party to the section you paid for and from there you get to choose the seats you would like to sit on within your section.

We do accept card payments at our on-site box office. However, all transactions inside the Circus Big Top are cash only.

We have a strict no refund policy unless a performance is cancelled by our behalf. We do offer exchanges once given 24 hour notice prior to the performance.

Children from the age of 2 require a ticket. Those under are free of charge once they are sitting on an adults lap that holds an adults ticket. Buggies are not permitted into any of the seating sections they must be kept at the entrance of the circus big top and collected once the performance has ended.

Tickets stop selling online 2 hours prior to each performance. There will be limited amount of tickets available to purchase at the box office. Our online tickets are capped to a limited amount to avoid over booking. If a performance of your choice is not showing any options please call or email us to check for availability before arriving at the box office on site if this is the case.
